1. Can QFlow help plan our next refresh?  Absolutely - We have a range of in-house design specialists that can assist with project and range design.
2. Can you deliver to our multiple locations? Yes - We're happy to drop-ship your orders around Australia and can handle regular automated refresh cycles all around the country. 
3. Can you build kits for us to our requirements so we can simply order our pre-defined kits each time?  Sure! Our project team will work with you to define exactly what your room styles need, we can then turn these into kits for you.
4. How quickly can you turn my order around?  As we are a wholesaler with stock in Sydney and China, we cannot always guarantee instant fulfillment - however, for regular refresh cycles, our clients know us as extremely timely and reliable with respect to supply.   For new or custom orders, your production may take up to 6 weeks from confirmation.

EXW - Ex Works (ie Factory)
FCA - Free carrier
FAS - Free alongside ship
FOB - Free On board
CIF - Cost, Insurance & Freight
CFR - Cost & Freight
CPT - Carriage paid to named destination
CIP - Carriage and insurance paid from factory to your destination
DAF - Delivered at frontier (Australia)
DES - Delivered ex ship
DEQ - Delivered ex quay
DDU - Delivered duty unpaid
DDP - Delivered duty paid
